Company

Independent.
Privately funded.
By invitation.

Four Records Music is a privately funded, independent artist management company based in Atlanta.

Founded by attorney Kelly Monical and Dustin Goossens after years of watching talented artists struggle to find the support they needed, the firm works with a deliberately limited roster, so its principals stay closely involved in the strategic, creative and commercial decisions that shape an artist’s career.

Our approach
Dustin Goossens and Kelly Monical, founders of Four Records Music

Two principals. Every decision.

Kelly and Dustin are longtime business partners who have built and operated companies together across real estate, healthcare data, private equity, hospitality and music. That shared experience brings a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to artist management: creative judgment combined with business strategy, operational rigor and a long-term view.

A higher standard.

A few principles guide how the firm operates. They apply equally to every artist we represent.

  • Principal-led.

Every artist works directly with both founders, and every major decision runs through them.

  • Professional conduct.

Prepared, responsive and accountable to everyone on either side of the table.

  • Adaptive.

What worked before isn’t assumed to work now. Plans change as the market does.

  • Results-driven.

Every release, campaign and tour is tracked against clear goals and judged on what it delivers.
